International Shipping Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive International Shipping Coordinator to join our team full-time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. If you have experience in international shipping, logistics, and supply chain management, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and oversee international shipments from origin to destination.
* Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws.
* Manage shipping documentation, invoices, and import/export records.
* Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
* Monitor and track shipments, resolving any logistical issues.
* Maintain and update shipping databases using Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Work closely with the retail/wholesale team to streamline shipping processes.

Requirements:
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in international shipping.
* Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Experience in retail/wholesale logistics is a plus.
* Must be a resident of Morocco.
