We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Canadian influencer marketing agency for an Influencer Partnerships Coordinator who is passionate about digital marketing, e-commerce, and building meaningful creator relationships.

📌 Key Information
* 🕘 Full-time: 40h/week
* 🌍 100% remote, availability aligned with EST time zone (New York)
* 💰 Compensation: 7,400 MAD / month + performance-based incentives after probation
* 📅 Start date: Immediately (urgent recruitment)
* 🗣️ Languages: Fluent English required; French is a plus


🎯 Your Main Responsibilities

As an Influencer Partnerships Coordinator, you will:

* Identify, recruit, and manage partnerships with influencers and content creators
* Coordinate influencers and affiliate campaigns from start to finish
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact
* Manage relationships with a portfolio of influencers and affiliate partners
* Ensure client satisfaction and success throughout campaign lifecycles
* Oversee paid media campaigns and drive measurable results
* Collaborate with international teams to develop partnership strategies
* Negotiate collaboration terms and ensure all commitments are met


🧠 Technical Skills Required
* Strong knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing
* Proven experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing
* Experience in customer success and client relationship management
* Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
* Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
* Familiarity with Western markets and their dynamics
* Proficiency with social platforms and influencer management tools
* Active monitoring of trends in influencer and affiliate marketing

* Minimum 1 year of experience in partnership coordination, influencer marketing, customer success, or related field
* High adaptability and motivation to learn and grow
