Industrialization Manager

Job Description

* Lead and validate industrial feasibility studies.
* Manage and update PFMEA, quality plans, and product/process evolutions
* (deviations).
* Manage and forecast resources required to complete tasks.
* Define process directions to optimize industrial performance in terms of
* productivity, quality, and robustness.
* Organize and supervise industrial work activities of the industrial and methods
* teams.
* Define, update, approve, and provide industry standards (greenfield and
* brownfield) to factories.
* Participate in company-focused industrial projects.
* Lead, manage, and update industrial feasibility at each project stage (Product RE,
* Product OE, industrial processes).
* Serve as an industrial capability and authority within design activities.
* Track quality plan implementations.
* Manage and monitor non-conformance handling and deviations from standards.
* Guide and manage the technical competencies of industrial team members.
* Support the team in customer claim analysis.

Requirements:

* 5-10 years relevant experience
* Min Bachelors degree in Engineering
* People management experience essential
* Must be fluent in English
