Industrial Engineer

Job Description

* Analyze, design, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose innovative solutions.
* Participate in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of industrial projects (layout design, automation, lean manufacturing, etc.).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
* Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to production and continuous improvement.
* Contribute to the digitalization and optimization of industrial systems (MES, ERP, etc.).
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards throughout all processes.
* Train and support teams on new tools, methods, and improvements.

Profile Description

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in industrial environments (automotive, aerospace, electronics, etc.) is a strong asset.
* Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen).
* Proficiency in industrial engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, simulation tools, ERP systems, Excel/Power BI).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Fluency in English (French or other languages is a plus).
