The program awards an EPS engineering degree, and its education and research are developed at the UM6P Institute of Applied Physics.

Experimental Responsibilities
* Conduct laboratory experiments in microwave measurement.
* Design and test waveguides and microwave components in lab environments, simulating real operating conditions.
* Supervise students in experimental projects related to microwave systems, including device testing and optimization.
Teaching Responsibilities
* Introduction to Semiconductor Physics: Semiconductor materials, band theory, charge transport, and devices.
* Microwave and RF Engineering: Principles of microwave propagation, waveguides, and RF components.
* Electronics Lab: Practical skills in designing and testing electronic circuits and semiconductor devices.
* Advanced Experimental Physics: Focus on laboratory work involving high-frequency systems and semiconductor characterization.
Requirements
* PhD in Experimental Physics or Electrical Engineering, specializing in semiconductors and microwave systems.
* Experience in microwave measurements and design of semiconductor devices for high-frequency applications.
* Strong understanding of RF measurements, waveguides, and semiconductor characterization techniques.
