II. Position Introduction
This HR position will play a vital role in the human resources management of Tinci Materials' Moroccan subsidiary. The successful candidate will collaborate with the HR team at the headquarters to gradually participate in building the human resources system of the Moroccan subsidiary. Based on the progress of the Moroccan project, the candidate will be responsible for recruitment and staffing. As the first member of the HR team in the Moroccan subsidiary, the candidate will contribute significantly to local HR functions such as compensation and training. The position is initially located in the office at Ain Diab, Anfa, Casablanca, and may be relocated to Jorf Lasfar Industrial Park, El Jadida in the future. The successful candidate is required to travel to the Chinese headquarters for training periodically in the early stage of employment and on an irregular basis thereafter.
III. Responsibilities
* Human Resources Planning: Under the guidance of superiors, formulate long - and short - term human resources plans that align with the global investment strategy, local market conditions, and factory construction progress. Assist in anticipating talent requirements for different construction stages in engineering, management, and other fields, and participate in establishing a talent reserve pool.
* Recruitment and Allocation: Develop an annual recruitment plan under the leadership of superiors, focusing on core positions of the factory. Leverage international platforms, local intermediaries, and employee referrals to recruit professionals familiar with local regulations and the construction environment. Assist in the selection process for expatriate employees, optimize recruitment procedures, and ensure timely staff onboarding.
* Training and Development: Participate in formulating a comprehensive training system for new employees, with a focus on assisting in engineering and technical training. Assist in providing cross - cultural, local regulations, and customs training for expatriate employees, and organize multicultural activities to promote employee collaboration.
* Performance Management: Under the guidance of superiors, design a performance management system that complies with local regulations and culture and is centered around factory construction objectives. Assist in setting quantifiable KPIs, conduct regular evaluations, and use diverse incentive measures to improve employee efficiency and work quality.
* Compensation and Benefits Management: Design a competitive compensation and benefits plan by referring to local and industry - leading compensation systems. Assist in implementing basic benefits, planning housing, transportation, and other allowances. Assist in promoting the selection and implementation of payroll software to ensure accurate and efficient payroll calculation and distribution.
* Employee Relations Management: Assist expatriate employees in handling local labor contracts, visas, and residence permits. Participate in establishing multi - channel communication mechanisms, resolve employees' work and life issues in a timely manner, and assist in strengthening cooperation with local labor unions.

* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related majors.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in human resources. Prior experience in human resources management in the manufacturing or engineering project construction sectors is preferred. Experience in multinational enterprises is a plus.
* Professional Skills: Familiarity with basic human resources work, understanding of Moroccan labor laws and regulations, excellent English communication skills for work purposes, proficiency in using human resources management software and office software.
