Role expectation is to:
* Assist in Supporting the Local HR Partner in HR operations with HR Admin work
* Should be well conversant, both spoken and written in French, Arabic and English
HR Operations
* Support the Local HR Partner in HR operations to manage end to end HR transactions, as per the local requirement
* Act as a HR team member for day to day operations, e.g. with respect to Policy Clarifications, Grievance Handling, Timely Completion of Performance Management process, Hire to Retire processes
* Preparation of all employee documents (Employment Proof letters, Bank Confirmation letters, Salary confirmation letters, etc) so that it can be signed by the HR Partner
* Coordination with backend HR teams in India for various HR processes
* Coordinate all payroll inputs and first point of contact for employees on payroll issues
* Driving Employee engagement
* Registering all the employees in the Social Insurance
* Maintain all the employee joining documents in original, as per the local employment regulations;
* Maintenance of Employment documents as required
* Social Insurance (SI) Validation in physical and securing signoff from the SI authority mentioning the employee is not employed at another entity
* Administer the benefits for the onsite employees in the country like Medical Insurance, Workers Insurance, Life Insurance, Social Insurance, Leave administration, retirements etc
* Support with Occupational Health & Safety administration
* Support with the draft of the Anapec Contract
* Process the Trail Period communication and keeping a track of all the Trial period.
* Support with New Employee Onboarding and Induction on day 1
* 100% completion of New Employee Joining Documentation and Upkeep of Personnel Files
