JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY
The MEA HRIS Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and optimization of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) within the MEA organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the HRIS meets the needs of the all HR department in the countries and fits with the constraints of the global HRIS guidelines of Stellantis.
The HRIS Manager will lead projects related to the HRIS, provide training and support to users, and ensure data integrity and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both human resources and information technology, with excellent project management and communication skills.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Needs Analysis: formalize the needs of the human resources department in terms of the information system.
* Project Management: Lead projects related to the HRIS, from drafting specifications to implementing functional test plans.
* Deployment and Maintenance: Ensure the deployment of systems, their configuration, and corrective maintenance.
* Training and Support: Train HRIS users and provide ongoing support.
* Continuous Improvement: Propose optimizations and ensure technological watch to continuously improve the system.
* Reporting: Provide regular activity reports to identify future development areas.
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Education
* MSc degree or equivalent
Work Experience
* ~10 years of experience in managing Information systems, ideally HR Systems
* Proven experience in IS project management, from design to implementation
Language
* French and English (both spoken and written)
* Arabic is a plus
