Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment Support: Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate communications, and maintain applicant tracking system records.
* Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate new hire orientation, prepare employment documents, and conduct exit procedures.
* HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS update databases, and manage HR documentation.
* Employee Queries: Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, directing issues to appropriate team members.
* Compliance: Assist in ensuring adherence to local labor laws and internal policies.
* Event Coordination: Assist in planning employee engagement initiatives and training sessions.
* Reporting: Generate basic HR metrics and reports as requested.
* Salary calculation: Calculate the monthly salary and notify the finance department for payment
QualificationsEssential:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in HR administration.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms.
* Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
* Strong verbal/written communication skills in English /French
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
