Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Rabat. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes managing recruitment and selection processes, designing HR policies, and ensuring legal compliance. The HR Manager will also handle employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. Additionally, the HR Manager will work on developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Qualifications

* Experience in recruitment, selection processes, and employee onboarding
* Proficiency in designing HR policies, and ensuring legal compliance
* Excellent skills in employee relations, performance management, and training and development
* Strong understanding of compensation and benefits management
* Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Experience in the manufacturing industry.
