HR Graduate trainee - Regional Talent Acquisition

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Graduate trainee to join our MEA Human Resources team based in Casablanca for a 4 to 6-month internship. Reporting to the Head of HR for the MEA Headquarters and supporting a team of 2 HR Business Partners, you will contribute to the efficient coordination of recruitment activities across multiple countries in the region.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage job postings on internal and external platforms.
* Support CV screening and candidate shortlisting for complex and technical roles.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across time zones.
* Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards.
* Assist with candidate communication and feedback processes.
* Help prepare hiring documentation and onboarding support when needed.

Key Competencies & Profile

* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
* Ability to navigate the complexity of a matrix organization and multicultural teams.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization.
* Capacity to understand complex job profiles and source relevant talent across borders.
* Ideally, some prior experience (internship or entry-level role) in recruitment within an international or multicultural environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Application Tracking Systems is a plus.
