JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Source Cvs & schedule interviews
* Conduct background and training management
* Maintain & update employee records
* Process the monthly payroll
* Attendance and leave tracking
* Performance management
* Draft the documents on need basis
* Responsible for all admin activities
* Adhoc tasks
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
