Purpose of Role: This is a strategic leadership role responsible for the successful execution of a portfolio of complex, high-value, and high-risk projects across North Africa. The Head of Projects ensures contract fulfillment across scope, schedule, and financials while maintaining strong stakeholder satisfaction. The role also leads the development of the Project and Technical Project Management teams and drives continuous improvement in project execution processes. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the execution of a portfolio of managed projects across North Africa, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, and budget from contract award to final customer acceptance.
* Act as the senior escalation point for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective resolution of project issues and alignment with customer expectations.
* Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and team capability, including lessons learned and cross-functional collaboration.
* Lead and develop the Project and Technical Project Management team, ensuring right-sized capacity, performance management, and support for bidding processes.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree required, with demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and strong understanding of commercial practices and contract management is essential.
* Minimum 7-8 years of experience in project management or technical project management, including managing high-complexity, high-value international contracts.
* Experience in engineered-product B2B industries and cross-functional project organizations, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
* Fluent in Arabic (native), English, and French (professional); proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
