Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head position at GROWTH WORKS SAHARA SARL, located in Rabat. The Head will oversee daily operations, lead strategic planning initiatives, and ensure the organization meets its goals and objectives. Responsibilities include team leadership, resource management, performance monitoring, problem-solving, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders. The Head will also ensure compliance with organizational policies and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

* Leadership and Management skills, with experience in overseeing teams and projects, setting goals, and delivering results.
* Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving capabilities to ensure effective managerial decision-making and the alignment of organizational goals.
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for effectively engaging stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
* Organizational and Resource Management abilities, including planning, prioritization, and effective allocation of resources.
* Proficiency in Analytical and Critical Thinking to evaluate operations and implement improvements where needed.
* Familiarity with industry-standard tools and platforms relevant to the role, where applicable.
* Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with adaptability to address evolving challenges.
* Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
* Previous experience in a leadership role within a relevant industry or sector is a strong advantage.
* Proficiency in multiple languages, specifically French and English, is considered a significant asset.
