Gym Instructor (Group Classes & Personal Training)

We are seeking a qualified Gym Instructor to join a 5-star luxury recreation facility in Doha. The role involves leading engaging group fitness classes, delivering personalized training sessions, designing tailored workout programs, guiding members on proper exercise techniques, monitoring progress, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The instructor will also provide basic nutritional guidance and foster a motivating and uplifting atmosphere that reflects the high standards of our luxury facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to members’ needs and goals.

• Regularly review and adjust workout plans based on client progress.

• Ensure completion of health and medical screening forms prior to any exercise routine.

• Provide First Aid support as needed.

• Maintain the daily Gym Standards Checklist to ensure hygiene and safety compliance.

• Uphold all Health & Safety protocols to guarantee a secure workout environment.

• Prepare and submit daily gym activity reports, including new memberships, concerns, and program updates.

• Consistently enforce gym rules and policies.

• Collaborate with fellow instructors to design comprehensive and engaging fitness programs.

• Offer constructive feedback to help clients improve performance and achieve their fitness goals.

• Foster a friendly, motivating, and inspiring environment for all gym members.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a related field (Mandatory)

• Recognized Personal Training Certification (Mandatory)

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification (Mandatory)

• 4–5 years of proven experience in a similar fitness role, preferably in the GCC (Required)

• Strong knowledge of training methods, exercise techniques, and gym equipment usage

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills

• Energetic, confident, and approachable personality with strong client engagement abilities

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high professional standards

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
