Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rabat for a Guest Relations Agent. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction, managing guest inquiries and requests, and addressing any concerns to enhance their experience. Responsibilities include performing receptionist duties, welcoming guests, handling reservations, and providing support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will also act as a point of contact between guests and hotel services to ensure a seamless guest journey.
Qualifications
* Mandatory French & English Speaker
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with guests and address their needs.
* Experience in Guest Relations and ensuring Customer Satisfaction in a hospitality setting.
* Proficiency in handling Receptionist Duties, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team-oriented environment.
* Fluency in English and French; additional language skills are a plus.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
