💼 We’re currently looking for a committed and proactive Guest Experience Supervisor to lead and support our Guest Experience💬.

🧭 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Guide and support junior team members to ensure they follow procedures and deliver high-quality service.
🔹 Provide assistance and constructive feedback when team members have questions or make mistakes.
🔹 Take ownership of more complex tasks that go beyond the junior team’s scope.
🔹 Lead by example with professionalism, strong work ethic, and service excellence.
🔹 Be proactive and accountable for your shift and your team’s performance.
🔹 Handle guest communication through our internal ticketing system with empathy and professionalism 📩.
✅ Key Requirements:
✔️ Proven experience in a customer service or operations role in the hospitality industry.
✔️ Previous experience in a supervisory, team lead, or mentoring position is highly preferred.
✔️ Solid understanding of customer service best practices, escalation handling, and operational processes.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
✔️ Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
✔️ Strong sense of accountability, teamwork, and service quality.
✔️ Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends 🕒.
🌟 Nice to Have:
✨ Experience with hospitality CRM systems or ticketing platforms.
✨ Previous experience managing or supporting remote teams.
✨ Fluency in English; additional languages are a big plus 🌍.
