Job Title: Consolidation and Accounting Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Consolidation and Accounting Manager to oversee the financial consolidation process and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial reporting. The role is responsible for managing statutory accounts, group consolidation, and supporting strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and/or local GAAP

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

• Manage intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries

• Supervise the preparation of statutory financial statements for multiple entities

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

• Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes and ensure smooth audit completion

• Monitor and improve accounting processes and internal controls

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities

• Provide accurate financial reporting and analysis to senior management

• Lead and support the accounting team in daily operations and development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proven experience in consolidation and financial reporting (typically 5–8 years minimum)

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or local accounting standards

• Experience in a multinational or group structure is highly desirable

• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus depending on location)
