What we're looking for
Our US-based client, a boutique performance marketing agency, is hiring a Google Media Buyer to manage and scale paid social campaigns across client accounts. This role blends strategy, execution, and reporting, making it ideal for someone with a solid foundation in Google Ads who’s ready to take more ownership. You’ll work directly with clients, collaborate across teams, and help drive performance for DTC brands in lifestyle, food, wellness, and related spaces.
Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for multiple DTC clients.
* Contribute to strategic planning, testing roadmaps, and performance analysis.
* Build reports, analyze data, and share insights with both internal and client teams.
* Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align messaging with performance goals.
* Support the agency’s growth by staying on top of trends, tools, and platform updates.
Requirements
* 2–4 years of experience running Google Ads campaigns, ideally in an agency setting.
* Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs and e-commerce strategy.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* Comfortable communicating directly with clients and working cross-functionally.
* Proficiency in tools like ClickUp, Notion, or similar project management systems.
* Proficiency in tools like Looker Studio and Analytics tools.
Nice to have
* Experience with Meta Ads or other paid social platforms.
* Exposure to AI tools for creative testing or performance analysis.
* Interest in stepping into a more senior or leadership role over time.
