• Oversee the hotel's full operations (accommodation, F&B, spa, kitesurf school, and events)
• Lead, train, and inspire a multidisciplinary team with empathy and excellence
• Uphold and elevate the guest experience - balancing discretion, personalized service, and a chic, laid-back vibe
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning
• Collaborate closely with ownership on brand vision and growth
• Act as the main liaison for high-profile guests, media, and partners
