General Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim General Manager to lead the operations of a key industrial electronics manufacturing services business (EMS). The role is designed as a 3–6 month interim assignment with a clear pathway to a permanent leadership appointment.

The role is based in Casablanca - Morocco, and is a strategic and operationally hands-on position, reporting directly to the Group CEO in France, overseeing a business with a €20M turnover. The selected individual will lead business restructuring, operational improvement, and commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with global standards and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end operations across manufacturing, commercial, and supply chain functions
* Drive business restructuring and transformation in line with group strategy
* Ensure compliance and efficiency in customs, import/export, and logistics
* Represent the business with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies
* Align the Moroccan entity with group-wide processes and performance KPIs

Qualifications

* Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in industrial and electronics sectors
* Proven experience in business transformation, restructuring, and commercial turnaround
* Strong expertise in customs regulations, import/export processes, and operational management
* Fluent in French and English
* Deep knowledge of the Moroccan industrial landscape and ecosystem
