Missions

* Develop and maintain full stack banking applications using Java and React
* Build scalable backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces
* Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions
* Optimize performance and ensure responsiveness across platforms
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
* Ensure compliance with banking security and data protection standards

Qualifications

* 3–5 years of experience in full stack development
* Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js
* Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
* Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)
* Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
* Understanding of Agile methodologies and clean code principles

Bonus Points If You Have

* Experience in the banking or financial services sector
* Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
* Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, JUnit)
* Experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools

Education & Certifications You Need

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
* Certifications in Java, React, or full stack development are a plus
