Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Agent at Hilton Garden Inn Casablanca Sud located in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, managing reservations, handling phone communications, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties include responding to guest inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications
* Customer Service and Communication skills
* Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties experience
* Proficiency in managing Reservations
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
* Fluency in English and French; additional language skills are an advantage
* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
