This critical role blends front-desk hospitality with essential financial duties to ensure seamless operations while our guests sleep.

Your Mission:

• Welcome & Assist: Provide a warm, professional check-in/check-out experience for late arrivals and early departures.

• Night Audit Mastery:Process daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate accurate reports to close the business day.

• Guest Support: Handle overnight inquiries, requests, and concerns with patience and problem-solving skills.

• Safety & Security:Monitor the property, manage access, and respond calmly to emergencies.

• Admin Excellence:Prepare reports for management, balance cash drawers, and ensure data accuracy.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• ✅ Have 1+ years in hospitality, night audit, or front desk roles (training provided for the right candidate!).

• ✅ Are tech-savvy with PMS (Property Management Systems) and basic accounting software.

• ✅ Communicate clearly and professionally, even at 3 AM.

• ✅ Work independently with minimal supervision and acute attention to detail.

• ✅ Solve problems proactively and maintain composure under pressure.

• ✅ Are reliable, punctual, and committed to overnight shifts (weekends included).
