Freelance Architect or Civil Engineer for Industrial Construction Project in Kenitra, Morocco

MPS ARCHONIC GmbH is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Freelance Architect or Civil Engineer to support our team on an exciting industrial construction project in Kenitra, Morocco (near Rabat). Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the tender process and collaborate with the planning team.


* Serve as the main point of contact for our German client.


* Ensure regular on-site presence in Kenitra to supervise construction progress.


* Monitor quality standards, conduct sampling procedures, and ensure compliance.


* Organize and lead weekly project coordination meetings (Jour Fixe).


* Manage invoice verification, cost monitoring, and additional cost controls.


* Oversee schedule tracking and ensure project milestones are met.


* Maintain comprehensive site documentation for reporting purposes.


* Coordinate and participate in acceptance processes with all stakeholders.

Requirements

* Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.


* Relevant experience in industrial construction is a strong asset.


* Passion for site supervision and construction management.


* Independent working style with strong responsibility and assertiveness.


* Willingness to be on-site in Morocco for the project duration.


* Fluent French is essential for project communication on site.

German and/or English skills are required for internal coordination and client communication.


* Competent in standard Office tools and ideally in AutoCAD or similar.


* Valid driver’s license.
