Fitness Instructor / Trainer - Amanjena

Location Overview

Join our team in Amanjena. Inspired by the rose-hued buildings of old Marrakech, palatial Amanjena is close to the fabled Red City, set in its own expanse of gardens and grand open spaces. Shaded courtyards with fountains lead to the central basin, bordered by spacious standalone Pavilions & Maisons, many with private pools. Views stretch across the olive groves and palms of the oasis, extending to the High Atlas Mountains on the horizon.

Requirements

* Deliver engaging and professional fitness classes and personal training sessions tailored to guests’ needs.
* Maintain the highest level of hospitality and personalized guest interaction.
* Ensure all fitness areas, equipment, and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
* Demonstrate proper use of equipment and monitor guest safety during workouts.
* Design and update fitness programs to suit varying fitness levels and objectives.
* Promote the hotel’s wellness services, spa treatments, and other recreational offerings.
* Provide guidance on nutrition, wellness, and overall lifestyle improvement when appropriate.
* Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols in line with hotel and industry standards.

Qualifications

* Certified fitness professional with a qualification or Diploma
* Proven experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainer, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
* Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate guests.
* Knowledge of various training techniques including strength, cardio, flexibility, and functional training.
* CPR and First Aid knowledge
* Professional appearance and a high standard of personal presentation.
* Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
* Multilingual skills are an advantage (English and French).
