We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller.

As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial activities of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Month End Closing: Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

2. Month End Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, providing insights into financial performance and variances.

3. Group Financial Controls: Implement and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

4. Forecast: Develop financial forecasts and projections to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

5. Budget: Manage the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate and achievable budgets.

6. Year End Closing: Coordinate the year-end closing process, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.

7. Statutory Audit: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors during the annual audit, ensuring all audit requirements are met in a timely manner.

8. Tax Return: Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

9. Tax Audit: Manage tax audits, liaising with tax authorities and providing necessary documentation and support.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Finance: A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.

• 5 years in audit firm and/or similar position: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an audit firm, financial management, or similar role.

• English proficiency: Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
