Responsibilities
* Under the guidance of headquarters, formulate internal financial and accounting systems and work procedures for the subsidiary, and implement them after approval;
* Conduct financial accounting of the company's revenues, expenditures, costs, and expenses, etc., and issue monthly and annual reports; truthfully record and supervise the company's business activities and accounts receivable and payable comprehensively;
* Accept inspections and supervision from internal or external tax, audit and other departments, provide all required materials in a timely and accurate manner, and maintain good communication and coordination with all parties;
* Handling cash and bank receipts and payments, preparing accounting vouchers, bank reconciliation, and reviewing documentation;
* Issue and keep invoices;
* Participate in the formulation of the company's annual budget, monthly fund utilization plan, and conduct comparative analysis with actual implementation;
* Responsible for reviewing employee reimbursement expenses;
* Responsible for external liaison with departments such as banks, taxation, and auditing, as well as discussions on financing path planning;
* Capable of completing and timely submitting subsidiary data to the China headquarters for consolidation with high quality;
* Other matters assigned by the leadership.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in account/finance is required ;
* At least 5 years’ experience in financial/accounting field;
* Knowledge Indonesian tax law & regulation;
* Familiar with account software and able to work effectively independently;
* Excellent in excel, PowerPoint, word;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese or English with ability to effectively communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of key stakeholders;
* Having the Accounting qualifications(CPA,CA or etc.)(not mandatory requirement);
* Familiar with the Tally or similar system.
