About the role
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the overall financial operations including management reporting, budgeting, investment analysis, budgeting, treasury oversight, bank liaison, strategic financial planning, audit and compliance to support business objectives. This role will supervise the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. What you'll be doing
* Lead and supervise the accounting team ensuring high-quality work and efficient processes
* Oversee treasury functions, cash flow management and banking relationships
* Manage costing and budgeting for property investments and operations
* Prepare, review, and analyze management accounts and financial reports and statutory compliance
* Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely audit completion
* Analyse investment opportunities with financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and risk assessment
* Monitor financial controls and internal processes for compliance and improvements
* Liaise with banks and financial institutions on financing and banking matters
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making
What we're looking for
* CPA or similar professional accounting qualification
* Minimum 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing industries
* Proven experience managing finance teams and coordinating accounting and treasury functions
* Strong knowledge of costing, budgeting, and financial reporting principles
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in liaising with banks and external parties
* Proficiency in accounting software
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a growing and dynamic environment
* English & French Language is a must
