Finance Business Partner

Morocco, Casablanca

Job Description


* Act as a strategic finance partner, enabling business performance across NWA & ME distributor markets.
* Drive financial planning, reporting, and decision support aligned with global standards.
* Promote data-driven insights, operational efficiency, and strong financial governance.

Duties & Responsibilities


* Lead budgeting, forecasting (LO), and strategic planning for NWA & ME in collaboration with commercial and cross-functional teams.
* Monitor financial performance using KPIs and dashboards, delivering variance analysis and recommendations.
* Develop financial tools (e.g., Sales Analyzer, AR Tracker) to support business visibility and decision-making.
* Provide financial support for NPLs, business cases, pricing, and investment decisions.
* Manage AR and cash collection processes, coordinating with distributors and regional teams.
* Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and month-end closings, including statutory requirements.
* Uphold internal control standards and contribute to audit readiness and compliance.
* Collaborate with Supply Chain for S&OP execution and SiT tracking.
* Support the deployment and governance of procurement and compliance tools.
* Provide monthly business reviews and financial presentations for senior leadership.
* Drive continuous improvement in reporting, planning tools, and process automation.
* Act as finance representative in cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, regulatory, supply).
* Ensure alignment of financial insights with commercial strategies.
* Train internal stakeholders on financial tools and compliance practices.
* Monitor external and market trends to support proactive financial planning

Minimum Requirements


* Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
* Minimum six years’ experience in FP&A, business partnering, or regional finance roles
* Experience in Pharma or Consumer Health
* Good knowledge of financial regulations and country/regional compliance requirements
* Empowered to provide financial guidance and instructions within the scope of Finance to ensure adherence to company policies and legal frameworks
* Able to validate and challenge financial decisions such as forecasting assumptions, budget allocations, and investment approvals independently from senior executive oversight
* Able to read, write and speak English fluently; French is essential; Arabic is a plus
* Thorough knowledge of NWA & ME distributor market dynamics and financial guidelines applicable to the region
* Strong understanding of the commercial and financial drivers of the life sciences industry, enabling sound strategic recommendations
* Advanced analytical thinking and ability to translate complex data into strategic actions
* Effective communicator with the ability to foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners such as distributors and auditors
* Proficient in project management, problem-solving, and time management; capable of delivering concise and impactful financial presentations
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a multi-regional, multicultural environment
* Proactive, motivated, and able to anticipate business needs through financial foresight
* Skilled at balancing financial compliance with business agility
* Capable of strategic thinking and innovation in solving financial and operational challenges
* Dedicated to continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and financial process efficiency
