Field Manager (Merchandiser) - FMCG

We are currently seeking a Field Manager (Merchandiser) : lead and optimize field operations, and on-ground campaign execution within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, FMCG experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Operations Management:

* Lead, structure, and oversee field teams to ensure efficient deployment, high performance, and operational excellence across all locations

Activations, Marketing & Campaign Execution:

* Plan, coordinate, and monitor field activations, in-store campaigns, and promotional events, Ensuring flawless execution and strong brand visibility

Data Management & Reporting:

* Ensure accurate collection, consolidation, and analysis of field data; provide actionable insights and performance reports to support strategic decisions

Team Leadership & Development:

* Manage, coach, and develop field and data teams (supervisors, merchandisers, promoters), fostering engagement and continuous improvement

Operational Planning & Optimization:

* Design and implement processes to improve efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and control operational costs

Client & Stakeholder Management:

* Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and delivery of expected results

Compliance & Quality Control:

* Ensure adherence to operational standards, processes, and local regulations across all field activities

Profile:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Trade, Marketing, Operations, or a related field

Minimum 7 years of experience in Field management, ideally within field marketing, retail, or FMCG environments

Proven experience managing field teams and large-scale activations

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented

Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools

Fluency in English is mandatory

FMCG experience is a must
