Job Purpose
The Facilities manager leads on general facilities management operations. The person in this role is responsible for making sure that buildings and their services meet the needs of JESA employees and others who work in them. They are also accountable for services such as cleaning, security and parking, to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work. They also manage any building maintenance with things like heating and air conditioning, to maintain the working environment.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
* Manage contracts and agreements related to Facilities Management scope of reponsibilities
* Manage operations for all fields of Facilities Management intervention (Technical, work place management, Car fleet, Housing, Transport, Projects)
* Legal and regulatory monitoring: ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
* Digitalisation of the Facilities Management processes & tools
* Reporting - Planning
* Responsible for the cost-effective procurement, re-supply,maintenance and repair of all office property, supplies
* Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
* Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained
* Coordinates with Senior Facilities manager and building operations for utility, facility, or other shut-down activity that can affect operations.

* Curricula: Engineering, Business or Facilities Management
Global Experience
* 5-10 years
Specific Experience In The Position
* Minimum of 5 years facilities experience required in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant.
* Proven record of success managing large facilities operations, construction, and/or multiple sites accompanied by management/financial expertise is necessary.
