About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Planner to join the team at Maghreb Fighting Championship – Morocco’s first professional MMA promotion. As our Event Planner, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, organizing, and executing high-impact sporting events across the region. This is a dynamic position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a passion for live events, and is capable of managing logistics from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, permits, vendor negotiations, and production timelines
* Work closely with marketing, sponsorship, and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution
* Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and event schedules
* Supervise on-site setup, coordination, and breakdown of events
* Handle fighter coordination, guest/VIP management, and venue layouts
* Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and federation requirements
* Lead post-event evaluations and improvement strategies

Requirements:

* Proven experience in event planning or coordination (sports or entertainment events preferred)
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
* Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities
* Excellent communication skills in English; French and/or Arabic is a plus
* Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends during event periods
* Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask across multiple events
