🌍 We’re Hiring: Clinical Trainer – Maghreb Region (Based in Tunis or Casablanca)

BTL Aesthetics is looking for a passionate and dynamic Clinical Trainer to join our growing international team. Based in Tunis or Casablanca, this role will cover the Maghreb region (Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco), working closely with our Commercial Director and the Clinical Department at HQ.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level clinical training to clients and the sales team across the Maghreb region.
• Support product launches, workshops, and on-site/in-clinic trainings.
• Collaborate with the commercial and clinical teams to ensure optimal customer experience and knowledge transfer.
• Travel nationally and internationally as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong scientific background (education in biomedical, medical , pharmaceutical, or related fields).
• Experience in medical sales (direct sales or medical detailing experience is a must).
• A true passion for training, science, and helping others grow.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English (Arabic is a plus).
• Highly proactive, organized, and reactive to client needs.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
