Skillcheck :

* Master's degree in industrial Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years of seniority in the industry.
* Have a good sense of responsibility .
* Perfect command of spoken and written English.

Challengecheck :

* Manage equipment lifecycle: reception, installation, Validation , release, and documentation.
* Validation of the new project and product technical preferences and customer requirements.
* Create work instructions for machine operation and tool setup.
* Support in specification for cutting & crimping equipment.
* Lead improvements in equipment performance, scrap, and downtime reduction.
* Provide training and coaching to Production teams on equipment .
* Participate in quality topic andproduction/project .
* Participate in root cause analysis, and lessons learned.
* English spoken and written Technical understanding.
