1. Job Summary
Zoomlion is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Emergency Equipment Sales Manager to develop and expand the market for firefighting and rescue equipment in Morocco.
The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling advanced emergency response solutions including firefighting vehicles, rescue equipment, aerial ladder trucks, water tower firefighting vehicles, and specialized emergency machinery.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2G (Business to Government) sales, tender management, and relationship building with civil protection authorities, municipalities, airports, oil & gas companies, industrial zones, and emergency service organizations.
2.Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies for emergency and firefighting equipment in the Moroccan market.
* Identify new business opportunities with: Civil Protection departments Government authorities, Municipalities, Airports, Oil & Gas, sector Industrial and mining companies.
* Promote and sell products such as: Aerial ladder firefighting vehicles, Rescue firefighting vehicles, Water tower firefighting vehicles, Firefighting robots, Forest fire rescue equipment, Hazardous chemical rescue equipment.
* Participate in public tenders and prepare technical/commercial proposals.
* Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Achieve annual sales targets and business growth objectives.
* Organize product demonstrations, exhibitions, and customer visits.
* Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
3.Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in: Firefighting equipment, Emergency vehicles, Heavy machinery, Specialized industrial equipment, Government tender business.
3. Strong understanding of the Moroccan market and public procurement procedures.
4. Existing network with government entities and industrial clients is highly preferred.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and travel across Morocco.
7. Fluent in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
8. Valid driving license.
9. Preferred Profile Experience in emergency response or firefighting industry.
10. Technical understanding of rescue and firefighting systems.
11. Strong capability in handling large-value projects and long sales cycles.
12. Result-oriented and proactive mindset.
