EI&C Supervisor - Casablanca (Morocco)

Acciona, on its water business line, is looking for a EI&C Supervisor in Casablanca, Morocco.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Proven leadership and team management abilities.
* Supervision, monitoring & control (reporting), coordination, technical support, quality & compliance follow-up with Electrical Supervisors.
* Control and assessing the work done by the Electrical Subcontractor.
* Follow-up the progress of Electrical Subcontractor at site, preparing reports and reporting to management.
* Attend meetings with the Electrical Subcontractor for coordination and progress follow-up.
* Reading and interpreting design schematics & drawings to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems according to the approved drawings.
* Ensure QA/QC procedures are applied to all EI&C works.
* Ensuring the work is completed on schedule.
* Maintaining a strong safety culture and compliance of HSE project requirements.

REQUERIMENTS:

* Degree/Master in electrical engineering or a similar field.
* Experience in construction field works, especially water sector.
* Proven work experience as an electrical lead/supervisor.
* Strong leadership and managerial skills.
* In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical and I&C systems.
* Strong knowledge of: power distribution systems (MV/LV), switchgears, VFD´s, UPS, grounding, lightning protection, Instrumentation and Control (I&C), etc..
* Excellent communication skills.
* Computer skills.
* Languages: English (fluent), French (fluent) and Arabic (fluent).
