COFICAB is hiring an EHS Technician
Job purpose :
Leading and implementing a proactive Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) program. This includes risk assessments, safety audits, accident/incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations. The objective is to reduce workplace risks, prevent incidents, and promote a strong and sustainable safety culture across the organization
Main responsibilities :
-Conducts building and plant’s assets safety audits, tracks audit findings closure and evaluates effectiveness of safety programs to ensure its compliance with regulations.
-Conducts training sessions and provides coaching for employees exhibiting unsafe behaviors to enhance environment & hygiene awareness. Supports in developing visual aids, flyers, health and safety tips and documents.
