Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist in Casablanca. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations, analyzing sales data to make data-driven decisions, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, enhancing user experience on e-commerce sites, and addressing customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.
