Director of Educational Institution – Casablanca, Morocco

We are seeking a Director of Educational Institution to lead the strategic and academic development of postgraduate education for High Level Professionals. This executive role requires a strong combination of institutional leadership, academic management, and business vision to strengthen advanced training programs aligned with international standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the strategic, academic, and operational planning of the institution.
* Supervise the development, accreditation, and continuous improvement of master’s and executive programs.
* Ensure compliance with national educational regulations and validation of degrees.
* Strengthen relationships with regulatory bodies, partner universities, and international organizations.
* Promote innovation in learning methodologies, digital transformation, and student experience.
* Lead academic and administrative teams committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
* Represent the institution in academic, strategic, and external forums.

Profile:

* University degree in Education, Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
* Postgraduate degree or MBA in educational management, institutional leadership, or strategy.
* Over 10 years of experience in academic or institutional leadership, preferably in higher education or postgraduate programs.
* Strong knowledge of accreditation, quality assurance, and higher education regulatory processes.
* Advanced English.
* Strategic leadership, global mindset, and strong organizational management skills.
