Digital Transformation Advisor -FinTech-

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Expert with a strong track record in the financial and development funding sector, particularly within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will lead strategic projects focused on digitizing loan systems, modernizing funding operations, and improving decision-making through robust credit risk assessment tools and practices.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

* Design and execute digital transformation strategies tailored for financial institutions and development funds.
* Lead implementation of modern loan processing systems, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), and digital lending platforms.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Islamic finance institutions, banks, and development funds in the Kingdom.
* Apply deep knowledge of credit scoring, risk evaluation, and funding decision technologies in complex environments.
* Support the adoption of digital tools through change management, system training, and roadmap planning.
* Align transformation programs with the regulatory and cultural context of Saudi Arabia.

🎓 Profile & Qualifications:

* 15+ years of experience in digital transformation in the financial/funding ecosystem.
* Proven success in at least 2 major digital strategy projects within development banks or funds.
* Experience working with financial/lending institutions in Saudi Arabia.
* Strong grasp of Islamic finance systems and practices.
* Involvement in international fintech or credit/funding-related initiatives.
* Solid knowledge of loan origination systems, credit assessment tools, and risk evaluation platforms.
* Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
