About the Role:

In this role, you will work with clients to enhance their finance operations, focusing on digital close solutions and process improvement. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about Finance and Accounting and has experience in implementing digital close tools such as BlackLine, Redwood, Workiva, or OneStream to drive process optimization, efficiency, and innovation. Knowledge of Generative AI applications in Finance would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of digital close solutions, including BlackLine, Redwood, Workiva and OneStream, to improve financial close processes.

• Support finance transformation projects, focusing on streamlining financial reporting, intercompany reconciliation, and close processes.

• Work closely with client teams to gather requirements, understand current processes, and identify areas for improvement.

• Help configure digital finance tools and support the solution design and deployment phases.

• Assist in project delivery, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the satisfaction of the client.

• Leverage emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to support finance automation initiatives and enhance process efficiency.

• Prepare documentation, training materials, and presentations to support the adoption of new tools and methodologies.

• Participate in workshops and training sessions to upskill client teams on digital close solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or a similar role, with exposure to digital finance solutions.

• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles, including financial reporting and reconciliation processes.

• Experience with digital close tools such as BlackLine, Redwood, OneStream, or other similar platforms.

• Understanding of Generative AI concepts and its potential applications in finance is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Basic project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and clients.

• Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest finance technology trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to Digital Close solutions.

• Familiarity with cloud-based financial systems and ERP integrations.

• Knowledge of data analytics. AI-driven automation tools is a plus.

• Exposure to financial regulatory requirements and compliance standards is a plus.
