About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Delivery Lead (PMO) to oversee the planning, tracking, and execution of a cutting-edge enterprise transformation project involving Workday and SuccessFactors migration.

You will play a critical role in ensuring delivery excellence, managing risks, and driving clear communication with stakeholders across multiple geographies.

This role is ideal for someone with strong project management expertise in ERP/HRIS transformations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Program & Project Management:
* Define and maintain detailed delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies.
* Drive RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management and ensure timely escalation.
* Track scope, budgets, and resourcing while adapting plans to evolving priorities.

* Governance & Stakeholder Communication:
* Act as the central coordination point between internal teams, client stakeholders, and leadership.
* Manage approvals calendar and gate reviews.
* Provide regular project reporting, dashboards, and executive updates.
* Delivery Excellence:
* Ensure adherence to project methodology and best practices.
* Coordinate sprint cadence, deliverable reviews, and quality checkpoints.
* Facilitate decision-making workshops and maintain alignment on priorities.

* Team Leadership:
* Support project teams (AI Engineers, Developers, Data/ETL specialists, etc.) to stay aligned on objectives.
* Remove delivery blockers and ensure clear accountability.
* Promote a collaborative and results-driven culture.

Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
* 7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management within ERP or HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
* Strong knowledge of PMO governance frameworks (Agile, SAFe, or hybrid).
* Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex, multi-country programs.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (English and French required; Arabic a plus).
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent tools is an advantage.
