We are seeking a casino Dealer Inspector to ensure the highest standards of integrity and performance on our casino floor. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with gaming regulations while supporting our dealers and enhancing the guest experience.

Responsibilities :

* Monitor and evaluate dealer performance to ensure compliance with casino procedures and regulations.
* Provide coaching, guidance, and training to dealers to maintain high operational standards.
* Conduct inspections and audits of gaming tables to ensure fairness, accuracy, and proper handling of chips and payouts.
* Report findings to management and assist in resolving any operational issues or discrepancies.

Requirements :

* Proven experience as a Dealer or Dealer Inspector in regulated casino operations.
* Strong knowledge of casino games, procedures, and compliance standards.
* Excellent observation, communication, and coaching skills.
* Professional presentation and ability to interact confidently with dealers, staff, and guests.
