Position 

As a Cybersecurity Content Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping Polymorpho’s voice and thought leadership in the cybersecurity space. We're looking for someone who excels at creating high-quality, engaging, and technically accurate content — capable of translating complex cybersecurity concepts into compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences. 

Your Missions 

* Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Polymorpho’s brand, vision, and market positioning in cybersecurity. 
* Create, edit, and publish high-quality content across various formats: blog posts, white papers, case studies, product documentation, social media, videos, and webinars. 
*  Collaborate closely with cybersecurity experts, engineers, and product teams to turn technical insights into engaging, audience-friendly stories. 
* Ensure all content is technically accurate, well-researched, and optimized for SEO and audience engagement. 
* Maintain a consistent tone, style, and messaging across all content platforms. 
* Track content performance through analytics and refine strategies to maximize reach and impact. 
* Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines. 
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, threats, and emerging technologies to ensure fresh and relevant content.

Profile Sought 

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Content Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience in content creation, preferably in the cybersecurity sector or technology. The ideal candidate combines excellent writing skills with an understanding of cybersecurity concepts, has a passion for storytelling, and is able to adapt content for various audiences and formats. 

Skills & Requirements 

* 2 to 5 years of professional experience in content creation, technical writing, or a similar role, preferably within cybersecurity, IT, or technology. 
* Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English (French or Arabic a plus). 
* Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging content. 
* Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, trends, and terminology. 
* Experience producing content across multiple channels (blogs, white papers, videos, podcasts, social media). 
* Understanding of SEO principles, content analytics, and audience targeting. 
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
* Proficiency with content management systems and multimedia creation tools. 
* Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency. 
* Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach.
