Mission
The Manager - Security Service Management is responsible for the operational and financial oversight of cybersecurity services, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, meet service level agreements (SLAs), and align with strategic business objectives. This role combines service delivery excellence with strong financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
* Security Management: Lead a team of security specialist and oversee the operational delivery and performance of security services delivered by GBS.
* Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for security services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints (CapEx and OpEx). Conduct regular financial reviews to optimize spending.
* Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Establish and oversee SLAs for security services provided by internal teams and external vendors, ensuring compliance with security standards and performance expectations.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of security services using metrics and KPIs, assessing effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
* Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses for security investments to ensure maximum value and advocate for necessary security investments based on risk assessment and business impact.
* Conduct performance reviews, set development goals, and provide coaching.
* Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and resource planning.
* Drive recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training efforts.
Technical Skills
* ITSM Platforms: Proficiency with service management tools such as ServiceNow for managing SLAs, incidents, and service delivery workflows.
* Cybersecurity Tools: Familiarity with CyberDefense products, such as Encryption, password robustness and Cloud Security.
* Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
* Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting platforms (e.g., Anaplan).
* Strong understanding of CapEx vs. OpEx accounting, including how to classify, track, and report capital and operational expenditures in IT and cybersecurity projects.
* Experience with cost allocation models, business cases, cost & revenues models.
* Data Visualization & Reporting: Use of Power BI or Excel dashboards to present financial and operational performance metrics.

Qualifications
* Advanced degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in IT service management or cybersecurity operations.
* Security, ITIL and financial certifications are a strong plus.
* Experience managing large budgets, vendor contracts, and service portfolios.
* Familiarity with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
