Job Summary:

The Cyber Resilience Lead is responsible for coordinating the organization’s cyber resilience capabilities to ensure effective preparation, response, and recovery for major cyber events.

This role acts as a central orchestrator across cybersecurity, IT, and business teams, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and readiness across all stakeholders.

The Cyber Resilience Lead plays a key role in structuring coordination mechanisms, driving preparedness activities, and leading crisis coordination when incidents occur, while strengthening the overall resilience posture of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination & Orchestration

  • Act as the central coordinator across Cyber Defense, IT, Business, and Risk teams for resilience topics

  • Ensure effective collaboration and alignment during incident response and recovery activities

  • Facilitate escalation processes and decision-making structures

  • Coordinate stakeholders before, during, and after major cyber incidents

Crisis Coordination

  • Lead the coordination of major cyber incidents at enterprise level

  • Ensure consistent execution of response and recovery activities across all stakeholders

  • Provide clear situational awareness and structured reporting to leadership

  • Support executive decision-making during crisis situations

Readiness & Exercises

  • Design and coordinate crisis simulations and cyber exercises

  • Ensure participation of key stakeholders (IT, business, regions, affiliates)

  • Validate coordination mechanisms and identify improvement areas

  • Industrialize crisis readiness practices across the organization

Community & Communication

  • Animate the cyber resilience community (incident response, IT DR, business continuity teams)

  • Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and lessons learned

  • Organize forums, workshops, and regular coordination routines

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive post-incident reviews and coordination feedback loops

  • Identify gaps in coordination, escalation, and response efficiency

  • Define and track improvement actions to strengthen resilience

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity incident response, crisis management, or resilience roles

  • Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional environments at enterprise level

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and business continuity concepts

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to operate effectively under pressure and in high-visibility situations
