• Role: Customer Support Agent – Live Chat

• Location: Agadir (Remote)

• Shift: Night Shift — 6 hours/day

• Type: Full-time, Remote

• Client: App Support – Based in Agadir


About the Role


We’re searching for a friendly, attentive, and detail-driven Customer Support Agent to join our client’s night support team.

You’ll be handling live chat conversations, assisting customers with orders, payments, and technical questions, while guiding them step-by-step through simple troubleshooting.


Your mission is to make every user feel understood and supported — like a calm lighthouse in the night 🌙💬.



What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer chats quickly and professionally

• Assist with orders, payments, and basic technical support

• Escalate technical issues when needed

• Maintain clear communication and a positive tone

• Deliver a smooth, kind, and supportive experience to every user

Requirements


✅ Excellent written English and communication skills

✅ Stable internet connection + quiet workspace

✅ Available for 6-hour night shift

✅ Experience in customer support or online sales is a plus

✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

✅ Familiarity with Zoho Desk or similar tools is a plus

✅ Good knowledge of Google Sheets
