Position
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our clients after the sale. Your role is to build strong relationships, guide customers through onboarding, ensure product adoption, and help them get maximum value from our cybersecurity platforms.
Your Missions
* Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients across the region
* Lead the onboarding process and ensure a smooth product rollout
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction and engagement
* Monitor account health, usage metrics, and proactively address issues
* Collaborate with the sales, product, and support teams to advocate for customer needs
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support account growth
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders

Profile Sought
You are a relationship-driven professional with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. You enjoy helping clients succeed, solving problems, and making a real impact through technology.
Skills & Requirements
* 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services (SaaS or cybersecurity preferred)
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Experience managing and growing client relationships in a B2B environment
* Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
* Proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable using CRM tools and customer success platforms
* Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
