Credit Management Lead

Lead the credit management function to minimize financial risk and optimize working capital through effective customer credit evaluation, collections management, and accounts receivable oversight.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement credit policies, procedures, and risk assessment frameworks
* Lead credit analysis and establish credit limits for customers
* Oversee accounts receivable portfolio and collections processes
* Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams on credit-related matters
* Generate and analyze credit performance reports and KPIs
* Resolve complex customer credit issues and disputes

Required Qualifications

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

* 7+ years of credit management experience
* Healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience preferred

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

* Advanced financial analysis and risk assessment
* Expert knowledge of credit management systems
* Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
* Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements

Leadership Skills
